Política dos Estados Unidos.

A maior potência mundial, os Estados Unidos, é uma república Federal Presidencialista. Tendo o presidente, eleito pelo colégio eleitoral, como o principal oficial do Poder Executivo. O vencedor é aquele que obtém a maioria dos votos do colégio eleitoral. O atual presidente é Barack Obama, o primeiro presidente negro dos Estados Unidos, para um país que já teve grupos de organização racista como o Ku Klux Klan (kkk), hoje tem se superado e servido como exemplo.
O poder legislativo é composto pela câmera dos representantes e pelo senado. Cada estado tem direito a dois senadores, mais um numero de representantes proporcionais a sua população. O poder judiciário pertence aos tribunais federais e regionais.
Embora a Constituição americana curiosamente sequer mencione a existência de partidos políticos, toda e qualquer decisão política no país, desde a votação de uma emenda no Congresso até a eleição de um presidente, está vinculada ou ao Partido Republicano ou ao Partido Democrata. Os primeiros são mais conservadores do ponto de vista político, institucional e da moral e dos costumes, ao passo que os segundos possuem maior preocupação em relação aos problemas sociais e aos direitos humanos.

The biggest world-wide power, the United States, is a Presidentialist Federal republic. Having the president, elect for the electoral college, as the main officer of the Executive. The winner is that one that gets the majority of the votes of the electoral college. The current president is Barack Obama, the first black president of the United States, for a country that already had groups of racist organization as the Ku Klux Klan (kkk), today if has surpassed and served as example.
The legislative is composed for the camera of the representatives and the Senate. Each state has right the two senators, plus one numbers of proportional representatives its population. The judiciary power belongs to the federal and regional courts.
Although the American Constitution curiously at least mentions the existence of political parties, all and any decision politics in the country, since the voting of an emendation in the Congress until the election of a president, is tied or with the Republican Party or the Democratical Party. The first ones are more conservatives of the point of view politician, institucional and of the moral and the customs, to the step that the seconds possess greater concern in relation to the social problems and the human rights.
